Re: Vote Result on Three Rivers Deed Revitalization and Renewal
Dear Three Rivers Property Owner/Neighbor: I wanted to keep everyone apprised of progress as we move closer to the Revitalization of the Three Rivers Deed Restrictions.
First of all thank you to all home owners and property owners for your submissions. The votes have been counted and the majority vote was clearly IN FAVOR of Deed Revitalization.
Thank you for your participation and for caring about the future of our community. I delivered all votes along with a signed affidavit to Three Rivers attorney Mr Ernest Sturges certifying that we conducted the mailings appropriately and to the best of our ability.
Mr Sturgis Atty. is now preparing the submission to the Florida Department of Economic Opportunity (FDEO) and is researching all records to ensure that they comply with the FDEO submission standards. The FDEO reviews all documentation creation of Three Rivers Association. When we began this process we were made aware of the fact that it does take time to complete. I wanted to contact all of you to give you an update on the vote and to inform you of progress.
I also wanted to make you aware of our Three Rivers website which can be found at
If you scroll to the bottom of the page you can join the mailing list so that I can send updates as they occur. It will also save the expense of mailing. I created and donated the site because I wanted a way that we could communicate with members. As stated before I do not serve in any capacity for the Board of the Property Owners Association or Homeowners Association, I am only a community member that volunteered to help our community. I also created a Facebook page which can be found at
